Abstract

This research discusses one of the selling issues, which is understanding the two sides of the selling contract ,whiCh means finalizing the selling deal by one person(the undertaker).! explained in this research the meaning of the undertaker, and the famous doctrines rules about him, supported by the doctrines regulations concerning that . In addition, to adding some extra detailed issues related to that. I concluded in this research that it is legal to have an undertaker to take over the two sides of the selling contract, because any contract is legal and true unless proven otherwise.
