Abstract

"The Husband,s permit To Effect Divorce From The Others. The right of divorce is for the husband as long as the circumstances are stable and quiet, otherwise,this matter must not be tackled at all. The great majority of marriages in the Islamic society does not know divorce, but the husband to allow his wife or others to execute some circumstances calls for divorce. This permit may be clear-cut and obvious, indirect,and optional or none optional,ownership or none-ownership,power of attorney,a letter or representative. That will facilitate executing divorce due to the requirements of stability of familial relationships and getting rid of the unstable.
