Abstract

This study aimed at pointing out the reasons of the phenomenon of Qatari female teachers early retirement from the general public School in the state of Qatar. The study included a Field study with a questionnaire used to answer the main questions of the study. Sample of (395) female Qatari teachers participated in the field study. Results show different variables related to administrative, social, professional and personal factors Cause the early retirement. Recommendations were made to help reducing the occurrence of the early retirement of the Qatari female teachers.
