Instructions on Ethical Approval
All research involving human participants must adhere to established ethical standards and must receive prior approval from an Institutional Review Board (IRB) or an equivalent ethics committee.
Authors are required to submit a copy of the IRB or institutional ethics approval and include the following information in the manuscript:
This information should be included in the Methods section or under a labeled subsection (e.g., Ethical Considerations), in the following format:
Ethical approval was granted in {Month, Year} by [Name of Institution or IRB], approval number: […]; data were collected from {Start Date} to {End Date}.
To maintain scientific relevance and ensure ethical compliance, the journal accepts manuscript submissions within a maximum of two to three years from the date of original IRB approval.
Authors must provide clear justifications if the period between the submission and the ethical approval granting exceeds three years. In this case, the editorial board reserves the right to accept or reject justifications submitted by researchers, particularly for longitudinal or archival studies.
Note: All manuscripts submitted to the [Journal Name] must include a Final Declarations section.
Declarations (displayed after the references list in the published manuscript)
Ethical Approval and Informed Consent
The authors declare that informed consent was obtained from all voluntary human participants and that all necessary institutional approvals (e.g., IRB or ethics committee clearance) were secured prior to data collection.
