Accepted research subjects

IRL is dedicated to publishing legal research that examines national laws across various jurisdictions, both regional and non-regional, from a comparative perspective.

We particularly seek submissions that explore the intersections between domestic legal frameworks and international conventions and instruments (such as the UNIDROIT Principles, CISG, etc.) across all legal specializations. These include, but are not limited to:

• Civil Law

• Public and private international law
• Contemporary and emerging laws

IRL accepts submissions in the form of:

• Theoretical and applied research papers
• Commentaries on court rulings
• Commentaries on legislative developments
