In alignment with Qatar University’s vision to disseminate knowledge and science as widely as possible, the International Review of Law (IRL) adopts a Diamond Open Access publishing model. Sharing research results is a fundamental component of the research process, as knowledge can advance only through open dissemination and wide use of scholarly outputs. Accordingly, IRL provides immediate open access to its content, ensuring that all published articles are freely available and accessible to readers worldwide without charge.
IRL does not charge any Article Processing Charges (APCs), submission fees, publication fees, or any other fees at any stage of the publication process. Authors are welcome to submit and publish their research free of charge, provided that the manuscript meets the journal’s quality standards and successfully passes the peer-review process.
All open access articles published in IRL may be read, downloaded, copied, distributed, printed, searched, or linked to in full, and may be used for any other lawful purpose, without prior permission from the journal or the author, provided that the original author(s) and the journal are properly cited.
By fostering unrestricted access to high-quality legal scholarship, IRL aims to enhance the production and dissemination of influential legal research and to establish itself as a leading journal of legal research excellence at the national, regional, and international levels.
