Abstract

The subject of human freedom is an area of many humanaities and social sciences since human freedom has a connection with morality, religion and philosphy. This right is also the basis of the human rights protection system. Every human right exercised requires a margin of freedom but this freedom can be susceptibe to variables in the international community which can affect the internal systems of states whether they are of a politcial, economic, social or cultural nature. The most prominent of these variables are racist practices and terrorism. Despite the crimilization of these practices at international and national levels, they continue to represent the greatest impediment to the exercise of liberty by man.
