Abstract
The research aims to highlight the financial rights of divorced woman after valid privacy and before coition ,in Islamic law comparing with the law of personal status in the United Arab Emirates.
In addition to introduction and conclusion, the research involved four chapters:
The first chapter: The rights of divorced woman- after valid privacy and before coition- in the dower. In this chapter, the researcher defined the valid privacy ,its types and conditions, the definition of coition and the rights of the divorced woman -after valid privacy and before coition- in both named dower and equivalent dower.
The second chapter: The rights of divorced woman- after valid privacy and before coition- in the alimony of waiting period (lddah).This chapter involved the definition of the alimony of waiting period (Iddah) ,its amount and eligibility.
The third chapter : The rights of divorced woman - after valid privacy and before coition- in the indemnity payable.
The fourth chapter :The rights of divorced woman - after valid privacy and before coition in the inheritance.
