Abstract

The Research Aims To Study The Doctrinal And Multinational Task Of Relative Relationship Between Offender And Victim On The Estimated Punishment Retribution (Qisas)And Compensation (Diyat )Ordinances In Reference To Written Statement Jurists And Their Statements And Evidence, And Then Choosing The Most Likely From These Statements. It Also Aims To Study The Effects In The Sudanese Penal Code Of 1991 Derived From The Islamic Sharia ,Analytical Study And Compare The Opinions Of Scholars. These Effects Between Different Juries In Many Forms. These Are Effects A Researcher Reached Thought That No Retribution From The Parent For Killing Son. But The Son Killed For Killing His Father. The Situation Is Different In Other Cases. At The Provisions Stipulated By The Law Is Often Adopted The Juries Opinion Whom Dropped The Punishment Of The Relative Who Assaulted His Relative In The Cases Where Scholars Disagree On And Did Not Take The Opinion Which Stresses On The Offender If Assaulted a relative In Most Cases Where Scholars Disagree .
