Abstract

This study aims at investigating the relationship between communication satisfaction and job satisfaction of Qatari school principals. The study sample consisted of 192 principals from three stages representing the population: primary, preparatory and secondary, they were subjected to the study Questionnaires. The study results came as follows: 1- School principals were satisfied with their job. 2- School principals were satisfied with the communication, within their School System. 3- There is a high positive correlation between the principals job satisfaction and communication satisfaction. 4- There is no statically significant difference between job satisfaction and sex. 5- There is a statically significant difference between job satisfaction and educational stages. 6- There is no staticallys difference between job satisfaction and experience level. 7- There is no statically difference between communication satisfaction and gender. 8- There is a statically significant difference between communication satisfaction and educational levels. 9- There is a statically stages difference between communication satisfaction and experience level. The study presented some suggestions and recommendations and suggested topics for further research.
