This study aimed to reveal the degree of satisfaction of talented students and their teachers at the king Abdullah II School for Excellence with the services provided to students. It also aimed at finding the differences of statistical significance in the degree of satisfaction of the students with the services provided to them, based on the variables of gender, father’s level of education and mother’s level of education. In addition, to find out whether there are differences of statistical significance in the degree of satisfaction of outstanding students’ teachers according to the variables of gender, specialization and academic qualification. To achieve the goal of the study, the researchers developed a measure of the degree of satisfaction of outstanding students and their teachers in King Abdullah II School for Excellence with the services provided to students; the measure consisted of four dimensions: (enrichment programs, teaching methods, counseling programs, and educational facilities). The study results revealed that the degrees of satisfaction of the excellent students and their teachers with the services provided to the students were all intermediate. In addition, the results revealed that there were no differences of statistical significance in the degree of satisfaction of the talented students attributable to the variables of gender, father’s level of education and mother’s level of education, and that there were no differences of statistical significance in the degree of satisfaction of the outstanding students from the teachers’ perspective attributable to the variables of gender, specialization and academic qualification.
