المناخ المدرسي وإبداع المدرسين في المدارس الإعدادية التونسية
الملخص
تتناول هذه الدراسة العلاقة بين المناخ المدرسي وإبداع المدرّسين في المدارس الإعدادية التونسية؛ معتمدةً على عينة عشوائية قوامها (572) مدرّسًا موزعين على (44) مدرسة إعدادية، ضمن تصميم منهج مختلط. ففي المرحلة الكمية، حدد الباحث المدرسة الإعدادية التي حققت أعلى درجات إبداع لدى المدرّسين في تونس العاصمة، ثم أُتبعت بمرحلة نوعية معمّقة هدفت إلى تفسير الكيفية التي يسهم بها المناخ المدرسي في دعم مجموعة المدرّسين داخل تلك المدرسة. أظهرت النتائج أن بُعد "العلاقات" يمثّل العامل الأكثر تأثيرًا في إبداع المدرّسين، يليه بُعد "التعليم والتعلّم"، في حين كان تأثير بُعدي "البيئة المؤسسية" و"الأمن" أقل نسبيًا. كما كشفت المرحلة النوعية عن بُعد ناشئ هو "ثقافة المدرسة الإعدادية"، بوصفه عاملًا داعمًا محتملًا يعزّز الممارسات الإبداعية. بصورة عامة، تقدّم الدراسة وصفًا تحليليًا مستندًا إلى البيانات لكيفية تفاعل أبعاد المناخ المدرسي مع إبداع المدرّسين، بما يوفّر إطارًا منظّمًا يمكن البناء عليه في البحوث المستقبلية، ودليلًا عمليًا للجهود الرامية إلى تعزيز الممارسات الإبداعية في سياقات تعليمية مماثلة.
