الملخص
سعت هذه الدراسة إلى إبراز أهمية تطوير ممارسات القيادة التحويلية في المدارس الثانوية الحكومية الفلسطينية، بوصفها مدخلًا لتعزيز فاعلية مديري المدارس ودعم الرفاهية العاطفية لدى المعلمين، لا سيما في ظل السياقات السياسية والاقتصادية الصعبة التي تعمل ضمنها المدارس الفلسطينية. ومن شأن ذلك الإسهام في بناء بيئة تعليمية أكثر إيجابية وكفاءة. هدفت الدراسة إلى الكشف عن أثر ممارسات القيادة التحويلية بأبعادها الأربعة (التأثير المثالي، والتحفيز الملهم، والاستثارة الفكرية، والاعتبارات الفردية) لدى مديري المدارس الثانوية الحكومية في محافظة رام الله والبيرة، في الذكاء العاطفي لدى المعلمين بأبعاده (إدراك العواطف، وفهم العواطف، واستخدام العواطف لتسهيل التفكير، وإدارة العواطف). واعتمدت الدراسة المنهج الكمي، وطُبِقت على عينة مكونة من (352) معلمًا ومعلمة من أصل (1653) يعملون في (78) مدرسة، وقع الاختيار عليهم بأسلوب العينة العشوائية المتاحة. أظهرت النتائج أن مستوى ممارسات القيادة التحويلية لدى المديرين جاء بدرجة متوسطة، كما جاء مستوى الذكاء العاطفي لدى المعلمين بدرجة متوسطة كذلك. وبينت النتائج وجود علاقة ارتباط إيجابية قوية ودالة إحصائيًا بين القيادة التحويلية والذكاء العاطفي، حيث برز بعدا الاستثارة الفكرية والتأثير المثالي كأكثر الأبعاد ارتباطًا بالذكاء العاطفي. كما كشفت نتائج تحليل الانحدار عن وجود تأثير إيجابي دال إحصائيًا لممارسات القيادة التحويلية في الذكاء العاطفي، مع تصدّر بعدي الاستثارة الفكرية والاعتبارات الفردية من حيث قوة التأثير. وتوصي الدراسة بضرورة توجه وزارة التربية والتعليم الفلسطينية نحو الاستثمار المنهجي في برامج تنمية القيادة المدرسية، بما يركز على تعزيز ممارسات القيادة التحويلية وتنمية الذكاء العاطفي، بما يسهم في تمكين المديرين من قيادة مدارسهم بفاعلية وترسيخ بيئات عمل مدرسية داعمة للمعلمين.
