التجسير بين المدارس النظرية في العلاقات الدولية: المراجعات الكبرى والانشقاقات في المدرستين الواقعية والبنائية الاجتماعية

الملخص
حللت الدراسة الانشقاقات والمراجعات الكبرى في المدارس النظرية في حقل العلاقات الدولية خلال القرن الأول من عمر هذا الحقل، وأبرزت إمكانية التجسير بينها من جهة، وبينها وبين الاتجاهات المختلفة داخل كل منها من جهة أخرى. فالإسهام الجديد الذي تقدمه هذه الدراسة لمشروع التجسير هو إثبات إمكانيته ليس فقط بين المعارف والتخصصات المختلفة؛ بل بين النظريات والمدارس المختلفة. وتنطلق الدراسة من مبدأ التقريب بين هذه المدراس النظرية، وتدعو إلى استفادتها من بعضها لحل معضلاتها النظرية، مع التسليم بتمايز أسسها الفلسفية. وبذلك رفضت الدراسة مقولات كل من دعاة احفاظ النظريات بتمايزها الذين ينفون إمكانية التقارب بين المدارس، ودعاة الحفاظ على تعدد المدارس الذين يرفضون دمجها. وتركز الدراسة على المدرستين الواقعية والبنائية الاجتماعية، باعتبارهما تمثلان المدارس السائدة والمدارس النقدية على التوالي. فانشقاق المدرسة الواقعية الجديدة عن المدرسة الواقعية التقليدية - لتحقيق درجة أعلى من الموضوعية وفق الفلسفة الوضعية بعد عجز المدرسة الواقعية التقليدية عن تحقيق هذا الهدف - سمح بإعادة النظر في علاقة المدارس النظرية ببعضها. فظهرت نظرية توازن التهديد لتصحيح مثالب نظرية توازن القوى في المدرسة الواقعية الجديدة، وقدمت أطروحات تشابهت مع تلك التي قدمها التيار المحافظ في المدرسة البنائية الاجتماعية فيما بعد. ومع زيادة التباين بين التيارين النقدي والمحافظ في المدرسة البنائية الاجتماعية، والتزام التيار المحافظ بالمناهج الوضعية، برزت إمكانية استفادته من الصرامة المنهجية في المدرسة الواقعية، وكذلك استفادة المدرسة الواقعية من الأطروحات البنائية الاجتماعية المحافظة في إعادة بناء مفاهيم العلاقات الدولية. فالفلسفة الوضعية هي أحد المداخل الثلاثة التي اقترحتها الدراسة لتعزيز التقارب بين المدارس النظرية في حقل العلاقات الدولية، إلى جانب مدخلي علم النفس الإدراكي، وعلم اجتماع المعرفة.
