الملخص

تلقي الورقة الضوء على العلاقة بين مجالين معرفيين، هما: التخطيط العمراني وعلوم الصحة، وتقترح ثلاثة نماذج للنقاش والتحليل؛ أولًا: نموذج تجسيمي جوهر العلاقة فيه جسم الإنسان كظاهرة بيولوجية وظيفية وشكلية. ثانيًا: نموذج علاجي طبي محوره مدينة مريضة متأزمة تستوجب العلاج والتطهير. ثالثًا: نموذج وقائي وبيئي ارتبط بإشكاليات التنمية المستدامة والانشغالات الصحية المتجددة في المدن المعاصرة. تستكشف الورقة بمقاربة تطورية وتزامنية تفاعل النماذج الثلاثة. فكيف شكلت الأخيرة خطابات ومفاهيم وأساليب التخطيط العمراني كمجال معرفة مستقل متفاعل مع علوم الصحة والطب، والبيئة مؤخرًا؟ وكيف تتوثق العلاقة تارة وتضعف أخرى في التطور التاريخي لمجالين معرفيين أثّر كل واحد منهما في الآخر؟ وبالرجوع إلى أبحاث تناولت موضوع تطبيب المدينة والخطاب الطبي في التخطيط العمراني، توسّع الورقة آفاق البحث في الموضوع بالربط بين النماذج الثلاثة، وتقترح أدوات منهجية تتخطى الأثقال الأيديولوجية والمهنية المعيقة لتطوير العلاقة بين المجالين، فهي دعوة إلى تعاون عقلاني واستفادة متبادلة على ثلاثة مستويات: البحث والمنهج والتعليم؛ التصميم وصناعة القرار؛ والتقنين والحوكمة، بما يسمح بدمج الأبعاد الصحية والبيئية والوظيفية والشكلية في منهجية شاملة تكون مفتاحا لمواجهة تحديات التخطيط العمراني وتصور مستقبل المدن في إطار تنمية مستدامة وديناميكيات مجتمعية تستوجب مقاربات مجددة.
