Author Forms

Authors are required to use the appropriate forms at each stage to ensure compliance with the journal requirements and facilitate efficient manuscript editorial. All forms and templates are available in both English (EN) and Arabic (AR).

1. Author Paper Templates (EN/AR)

Before submitting a manuscript, authors must download and prepare their paper using the official ANDD Author Paper Template. The template provides the required formatting and referencing style to ensure consistency across all submissions. Authors must ensure that all tables, charts, and figures are included in editable format within the Word document, while high-resolution images are uploaded separately as individual files. Compliance with the template requirements is mandatory for the manuscript to proceed to the peer-review stage.

2. Author Declaration and Consent Form (EN/AR)

The Author Declaration and Consent Form must be completed and signed by all authors as part of the submission process. The form confirms that the manuscript is original, that all co-authors have reviewed and approved its submission, and that the authors agree to comply with the journal's publishing policies. The signed form must be uploaded through the OJS submission system and is required before the manuscript can proceed beyond the initial editorial screening.

3. Author's Response to Reviewers' Comments (EN/AR)

Following peer review, authors are required to respond to all reviewer comments using the Author's Response to Reviewers' Comments Form. This form enables authors to provide detailed responses to each comment and clearly indicate where revisions have been made in the manuscript. Submitting a complete and well-documented response helps facilitate the evaluation of revisions and supports an efficient review process.
