The Academic Network for Development Dialogue (ANDD) Paper Series (ANDD PS) provides immediate open access to its content on the principle that making research freely available to the public supports a greater exchange of knowledge, evidence-based policymaking, and sustainable development.

ANDD PS is an open-access publication, which means that all content is freely available without charge to users or institutions. Users are permitted to read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, link to, and use the full text of published articles for any lawful non-commercial purpose, provided that appropriate attribution is given to the original author(s) and source.

Upon submission and acceptance, the author(s) grant the ANDD Paper Series and Qatar University Press a license to publish, display, store, reproduce, and distribute the published work under the terms of the Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial 4.0 International (CC BY-NC 4.0) license. Publishing Rights

Authors publishing in the ANDD Paper Series retain copyright of their published work.
